  • I'm sorry but Russell isn't the best to read if you truly want to know what the Presocratic philosopher thought. A good standard is if someone says Heraclitus and Parmenides taught opposing views then you know the person doesnt' truly understand. If one says (such as Heidegger) that they tried to express the Same, then such a perso nis more reliable.
