OK.... so part2 briefly mentioned HARRP in terms of 'mind control' but again.... I watched 10 minutes of youtube footage to hear maybe a minute worth of stuff I've already read on a dozen websites....

I believe this is part of the deception that is out there. This is why people are 'lazy' and choose not to seach on their own. Because how can one know what they are viewing isn't something they 'know'? And even then... where does one take that information they are given. Let's see what pt 3 givs
