I did not make this! This is the work of someone else, who is not me!!

http://tasvideos.org/

This is one of the most interesting TASes I've ever seen. In a fixed-rate side scroller there isn't much you can do to lower the completion time. So the runner, A. Delikat, uses frame advance, macros, and poor hit-box detection abuse to turn the run into an art form. It is difficult to describe, so just watch! He also kills himself at the end of this segment in order to lose all his power-ups, and give you a slow ship to marvel at for the next few minutes.

  • I could totally do this shit.

  • I believe it makes 2 words the first is "ADELIKAT" (name of the author of the TAS) The other is "EAT AT JOES".

the last part makes it look like a desync when it's an intentional death.

  • @pqsnet Tool Assisted Standard

  • When there are no bullets, graze the enemies.

  • Man. the Bacterians didn't stand a chance against this guy...

  • Just load up an emulator with the ability to run macros and the sort.

  • I can read.. still dont understand how u did it or what "TAS" stands for..

cant find any more comments about it either on this video page.

Altho it might stand for "tool-assisted superplay/speedrunning"

i still wounder, how u made this "work".

I know some codes for other games that somewhat do the same.

  • something' spelled out around 4:36-4:50?

  • thought being 1 month ago, you've probably figured out how to read by then right? anyway, it's a TAS video and then some.
