"Reject, Are you no one, Feel you nothing" - He's literally asking you what you think of yourself, and if you think you're nothing, or something as the beginning suggests "be something again" "you know I'll bet you think, You have a good reason to be living, In the limelight of the fortunate ones" - The fortunate ones are the rich. Like he suggests you "think" you have a good reason for being unable to afford the essentials while some have way more than they need.

@guitdude09 he may be going a bit far, i think he means that there is that pain and such in the world and most chose to ignore it. and kick there asses goes to far to think its more like "im not going to take shit from you just because im different"
