  • For one, it's has the word 'trannies' in the title. What if you used the "N" word in the title. It just adds to the stereo type that all trans people are flamboyant drag queens. Most want to live as normal of female life as they can.

  • I CANT WAIT TO SEE THIS FILM!!!! I have a feeling it will complete my life!!!!

  • high quality

  • @darksheer80 For one, don't start comparing the struggle of "trannies" to the civil rights movement. . . clearly they don't hold the same weight as you USED the word "trannies" when you didn't dare use the "N word". Two, this clearly isn't as movie about those non-flamboyant trannies and flamboyant trannies are part of our family and while they are stereotyped, it does not mean they should be put in a corner just because it offends you.

  • as crazy offensive as the word "trannies" is, this movie is surprisingly good. like I can't even believe I watched it all the way through but I don't regret it sort of thing. and as a transgender FTM myself, I'd say it's fairly transfriendly, even if it deals mostly with drag queens, but it does differentiate. all in all, you get a gold star.

  • @darksheer80 --- yes that is true but at the same time think about the role blaxploitation played in the 70's,,its essential to throw the stereotypes out there TO LAUGH AT THEM because they are stereotypes- if we cant laugh at ourselves together we will always be hateful and angry toward one another which will inturn reinforce "gender roles" & other ignorant social behaviors etc....do not let your insecurities and jadedness cloud the bigger picture.
