There's so much that's imperfect that it can really stress you out if you let it. Take me creating this video today for instance. My equipment is pants. The sound and visual quality leave a lot to be desired. The lighting's messed up, the editing is non existent, the cat's meowing in the background and I fluff and fumble my way through what I'm trying to say.

Was it my intention to make as rubbish a video as I could today just to prove a point? No!

My intention was to get today's message out there to you as soon as possible and to do it while it was fresh in my head and thoughts to give the most authentic and heart felt message.

When we refuse to allow imperfection, we restrict and confine ourselves which ultimately strangles our creativity, authenticity, and stops us from being ourselves at our best.....

P.S. I am sourcing a better camera -- it might not make the videos perfect....but it will definitely be an improvement!!!
