Jeff had plenty of charisma on stage not that he needed it. He was actually a pretty funny dude and always joked around with the audience. But most wouldn't know because people who aren't fans will judge because they didn't know him or take the time to know him for the person he was. His vocal talent is fucking legendary and he didn't need to have charisma,he could take you to another world with the power of his voice and soul in his music. And he still does as he lives on in these great videos.
