My washing machine model is Sanyo ASW-50 Gt (neuro&fuzzy 50) It is not taking in water. There was smoke on start. What should I do. Is the solenoid not opening to allow water in or something else?
I don't have to replace the PCB I can troubleshoot that to component level and maybe salvage a part from a TV board or some other electronic board for free. I will post a video in the future how to pin point a defective electronic component.
@SuperAlfie1000 hi i have the wma 36 washing machine and the first time i used it it sounded strained with the spinning not long after a few uses the wash cycles stopped i have to push the on button again and it commences with the cycle with no more problem! this is why i had to remove the pcb so maybe the button was defective but i cant really tell it looks fine!
when i clip the pcb back in place, the on off button will not depress! i can.t make sence of it or see any reason or obstruction! and how can i tell if the wash button/dial is in the correct position please? as you might guess i did not take a phone snap before taking off the wires but i am fortunate enought to own the wma 38 so ime glad to find you on here with the 36 version! :)p thanks for posting and any feedback you can offer!

Actually, It isnt needed to make a picture of the PCB, Most connectors are asynmetric, This can be different on other machines through..
