Nice work. Decent speedrun and here's some feedback (other than where you already pointed things out) :-)
1-6, it's actually faster to push the third block instead of bridging.
1-7, here's where the having to think about solutions finally starts, heh.
1-8, faster at the end to remove the lower-right than to make another block.
1-9, faster to kill leftmost flame before dropping bridge.
