A US soldier stationed in Iraq called HP Support when his copier stopped working and HP Support told him that he had to PAY for their advice to fix the unit. This is his response. Enjoy!
This is a great short video, and it reflects exactly my experience with HP. I used to only buy their printers, but I never will again. In contrast, I have a 4 year old, out of warrantee, Cannon printer/fax/copier that I paid $125 for. I was trying to install it on a new computer and I had lost the software. Cannon was so responsive that they even called to walk me through the process.
He didn't say "Your freedom". He was talking to the corp. HP, which I'm guessing catwoman works for cuz she had such a hissy fit over it. Watch it again and pay attention. Amazingly, you are right, and don't even realize it.
Let it go? LOL Nahhhh. MAKE EM FAMOUS! A POS product is one thing, but dissin a guy who's life is on the line for YOU? You gotta EARN back the respect.
Let it go already! This happened in 2006, and HP resolved this guy's problem way back then. HP provides free product phone support to all military personnel, even if product is out of warranty.
100 percent agree, HP Support SUCKS!
