Entering the code

1) Insert a simcard that is NOT the original carrier (for Telus phone we used a Rogers sim)
2) Turn on the phone and click the Manage Connections icon. Choose the option Turn off all connections. The cellular radio will be turned off.
3) Go back to the Home screen and click the Options icon and select Advanced Options.
4) Scroll down and select SIM Card from the list.
5) Press the following keys in order: (M) (E) (P) then hold the ALT button and press the number 4.
6) A prompt will appear asking for the unlock code. Input the 16-digit code exactly.
9) Reboot your device.
10) Re-enable the cellular radio

If i buy an unlock code (MEP4), do you need me to run a blackbery logger for more information to generate a code?

Wind Mobile is 100% compatible, just enter the code with MEP2 not MEP4.

when I type in MEP5 do bring up the personalization that works, but the next step with MEP4, nothing happens, what should I do??
