@pinkelephantandmates Pyelonephritis is in inflammation of the kidneys, including both the urine-forming and urine-collecting parts.

I have Lupus nephritis, which is when my immune system attacks my kidneys and makes me leak protein into my urine. Even though I have this disease I often read, and get told that kidney pain is not a symptom of my illness. I certainly have kidney pain and I want to know why. Would a regular blood test show if you have Pyelonephritis? because I get bloods done quite often, could I have Pyelonephritis?
