Sampson passed away July 31st, 2009. He was not just any other cat. He was mine, he was my best friend, my buddy, my happy ending. It all started when I made him an appointment that day to go to the vet's.
It was just an ordinary day. And I scheduled him to get a routine checkup. Rabies shots and all. Apparently, that was my mistake. On the way back home, my judgement is he had a heart attack, or a stroke. He died in my arms. I saw it all. Him gasping for air, him peeing, his eyes dialating, everything. By the time we got back to vet's office, it was too late. I knew it. I felt it. It was the worst day, in my life. And I mean that quite literally.
But, no matter what has happened, I fully believe I will see Sampson again one day in Heaven. Where we will never be parted. And for all of you, who has lost a pet, have faith in the same thing. It's never, ever, a goodbye.

I am so sorry for your loss. I lost my cat Kyo over a year a go and the pain is still raw. He got hit by a cat sometime that night.

RIP Sampson, I've lost three cats in 2 years.
Boots, who I had known since I was born, died of old age 23rd December 2006.
Ziggy, was hit by a car and I found him on the side of the road. 14th May 2007
Louie, who was killed by the neighbours dog at the age of 6 months, however we insisted that the dog was not to be put down. 18th February 2008.
Now I have Tia, my gorgeous tri-coloured kitten. Hopefully, me and Tia will spend years to come together.

I know how it feels to lose someone Dear to you.
But at least you got to say goodbye to him I lost my Cat Tigger on October, 2 2009 while i was away at my grandmas so i couldn't say goodbye to her. but i got to keep living for her until i see her again.
