Promising change is nice, but has he ever specified what kind of change?

There are many things that he has addressed that are different from George W. Bush.

To start with Barack promises not to march around like the King of the World, but says that he will work with other nations.

The rest of the world and Europe in particular seem to respect Barack for this.

Let's hope that he lives up to his words.

Ron Paul supporters are very diligent aren't they- even though he has no chance of winning at this time? That is admirable because it's good to have someone to believe in. I personally happen to believe in Barack Obama for President of the UNITED states of America, but that's just me.

I am especially angry today. Our governor in New York has been connected to a VIP prostitution service. I guess we go by a candidates record, their words and their behavior in the campaign and then we make the best decision we can. If they have lied to get elected then it is our responsibility to get'em out.

Obama stills stand as the best choice for me.

to leave behind the dirty politics of the past.

Yes davesfreshtoones, I fervently hope we take it as well. I know America as a whole has transcended to a more tolerant nation, but my heart aches that there are still people who can't or won't get past their hate and prejudices, but I guess we can't have it all. I hope someday when my toddler is old and gray, he can tell his grandchildren that America is 100% tolerant.
