This is the first 10 minutes of the special k.d. lang's Buffalo Cafe which was filmed and released in 1989.

Performances include Big Big Love (written by Wynn Stewart) and Big Boned Gal (written by kd & Ben Mink) and both are from the album, Absolute Torch and Twang.

The special also stars comedian Susan Norfleet.

I still remember the first time I saw her on the Tonight Show in in the eighties. She blew me away and I bought the record the next day. And then I saw Gordie Matthews and had two reasons to love the music.

All these years I have been searching for the Buffalo Cafe that had to do with k.d. and never finding it until now! WOW. Yeah she's cute alright. My life sucked and it was circling the drain when I finally looked up and there she was- k.d. lang. Although she is born a Scorpio, k.d. is Virgo dominant and lovin' it.
