  • Did you skip a step in dis-assembly? What are you tightening on the shaft during re-assembly?

  • @TheeWreck

I use to loosen the four bolts on the final drive and tighten them again after the wheel axel are tightened.

This to avoid dis-alignment on the drive shaft.

  • Was that a shaft driven bike?

  • My valks instruction manual tells me to remove EVERYTHING! pipes, back fender etc. That is SO much easyer! Thanks for that! Saved me hours of work!

  • Great video!

What kind of lift is that?

  • Cool because I have an 85 Yamaha Maxim 700 that's shaft drive. The rear tire is in good condition but when the time comes to replace it its great to know there's a how-to video on how to tackle the removal/installation.

  • Damn dont have that jack. 6 hrs work for me.

  • Went DarkSide last week on my Wing. Installed a Kumho RF 195/55/16 and it is great. I didnt use the beads...just dont trust them so let me know how they work out. Dont forget your DS number.
