Life in a water droplet, taken from a beaker which was standing for
about 3 weeks on the balcony (green soup).
Filmed through a microscope (most of the time about 400 x magnification).

I used a Wild M12 from the 1960's and filmed through the ocular.

If you mean the one which is attached and coils up the flagellum, it seems to be a vorticella to me::
