@DontTread0nMe1776 key words : "If" and "could be" . Also , Mexico is one nasty-a** country ! Drive through its interior some time ..... I would leave it based on that alone . It smells like one big sewage plant. Its definitely still 3rd world and unemployment is high. I wish we could disassemble these vacant / foreclosed houses and donate them to Mexico. They built most of them anyway ......
