My comment was supposed to be a compliment... it didn't require a Thumbs Down vote.

Did you really make that one? It looks just like the one on TV but with different colours... very clever!

They should really bring this back.

This should be used on the current series of Dr.Who!

It's the theme tune to a long running BBC tv show called Doctor Who. It was composed (well sort of) by Ron Grainer, and realised by Delia Derbyshire, of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop in 1963.

@MrAlexeiGil Yeah (apart from the music of course). Just sorry the quality is so bad. Should upload a HQ version. It was a long time ago.

@peggymount I could swear this looks like the original, from a "clean" version supplied on DVD, and then with the colours modified but that's all.

@whophd It's not a 'clean' version. It's just my version of it. It took a lot of work. If you read below you'll find out where the pattern came from an how this was done.

Out of curiosity, how did you create the texture?

Hi. Sorry it's nearly six months later to respond. I gave up on here as my comments seemed to go astray. If you look further down there is a link to a fellow who managed to get the original textures out of the 2001 slit scan sequence. I used his technique. One line at a time and you can get the texture out of the diamond time tunnel sequence.
