Written Guide:

1. Download all three links

2. Make a folder for GTA IV Patch

3. Extract The Patch, Crack and "xlive.dll" into the folder You've made

4. Once you've done that go in your folder where the game is installed (Usually for Windows7 x64: Local Disc (C:)/Program Files (x86)/Rockstar Games/Grand Theft Auto IV

5. Drag The files from Your patch folder into the folder where your GTA 4 is installed.

6. Run file Name: UpdateTitle.exe install it fully like I did in the video.

7. Once You've done drag the two remaining files into Your GTA 4 Folder

8. Replace The File "LaunchGTAIV.exe"

9. And the last of all drag your "xlive.dll" file into your GTA 4 Folder.

10. Run GTA 4 and enjoy playing =)
