  • Is he right that this will concentrate the work into the middle of the chest? This is where a lot of people have a "gap", if you know what i mean.

  • I think these should be done much slower... tried and tested. You get much better results.

  • shouldnt tail be alligned properly with shoulders + arms were flaring out.

  • @chickentenders6 yes the dumbells are bout the same concept. its that the handles on the push up bars are higher off the floor/ground giving u a greater range of motion which is what he states in the video. if you have push up bars, put one of them next to a dumbell and you'll see what Im talkin about. not doggin on ya one bit, just putting in my two cents lol
