@harrihealey02 theres also another floor that needed a key which is the Basement which means the manually handled door mite be used but for staff only

Yes, But atleast it was modernised because if it had stayed it would be scratched, slow, When I guess this one is also but I know every public place that you don't pay to visit would go for the cheap option for elevators.
