so does that mean that this is the only pool available right now at the Disneyland hotel? I'm sure its fun but we are going in July 2011 and the reason we picked the Disneyland over the California was the amazing reviews of the neverland pool! Don't tell me its closed!

Yes, the Neverland pool has closed permanently. This pool is in a separate location and is the only Disneyland Hotel pool available until the new E-Ticket pool opens, which is replacing the Neverland pool.

This is not the main pool, but rather a water slide-focused area. The main pool was the Never Land Pool which is currently being transformed into the E-Ticket pool.

The blue slide is for younger guests who aren't quite up for the bigger one. It's fun for all ages!

If you have small kids who love swimming; Its a great way to entertain them. You still have to pay for tickets to the theme park so the days you don't go; the kids can enjoy the pool and parents can rest on a lounger. Better yet. Go early, come back for a cool off swim & nap then go back out again. When we ended up going, the pool available was a real disappointment. Very small & very busy. Noone was impressed with the slide.The 'neverland' pool was part of our choice of which hotel to pay for.
