To the people saying this isn't real and all that...DID IS real. Yes some sick people fake it...I've known some of them...but I also know that there are many people who are brave enough to talk about their REAL experiences of it and deserve support and to be comended for their bravery.
You can do real damage to a system accusing someone of faking it when you don't know for sure or telling them 'systems don't work like that' Every system is unique just like every human being is!

BTW I'm multiple too...make of that what you will but I first got to know my others myself not anything to do with any psychologist so you can't call it brainwashing...it's only after I already knew them well that I brought the subject of my others up with a therapist.
...and with the co-operation of my system I'm more functional and so less likely to be locked up than many singletons.
I know you will judge me but I can't sit back and not support a friend of mine being spoken to like this.

She hasn't been brainwashed, she survived in the only way she could and that was to fragment. There's also nothing to feel sorry for her about in that...she's just an awesome group of people instead of one awesome person.
I wonder why you are so strongly opposed to the concept of DID. I feel sorry for you actually wondering what's behind all this.

I'm not trying to hurt anyone here, only help people keep safe. There are a lot of very wicked psychologists, and don't I just know it!

What I am saying is that she has been brainwashed. I'm not blaming her! If they can pin this crap onto you they can get you locked up!
