That was cool. Seems you have to be really careful to watch for acid pools... nasty stuff. Is it bacteria, minerals, or both that makes the water red?

@Henllan Does the acid only pool near the walls of the mine, or do you have to test all the water for acid? Sulphuric acid...nasty stuff. I don't know what concentration the natural pools in the mine have.

Some fascinating structures there - especially those "sea anemone" type things at 3.59 . I had no Idea that Sulphur mining was a Welsh industry.
