Not just back because of the new YouTube account, back by popular demand! In this video's original run on the site, 12/3/06 to 8/07 - it garnered over 100 four-to-five star ratings, was favorited 99 times, and recieved almost 50,000 hits! DBT's most watched, and most popular, work of all time! Let's create the magic again, and bring Mrs. Fletcher & Co. back to life.

As if I am not tooting my own horn enough, returning viewers of this LifeCall remix can vouch for the fact that the grandson of the actor who played Mr. Miller ("I'm having CHEST PAINS!") even found this and commented, claiming that granddad died not long after he appeared in the ad (hopefully NOT of chest pains) and that his family did not know of his involvement in this until the commercial starting airing in '89 after his passing.

  • This isn't the one I'm lookin' for. There was a different Lifecall Rap that used to get played on radio station KNDD Seattle back around 1991 or 1992. Or maybe it was KXRX, but I'm pretty sure it was KNDD. It started off with no music, just Mrs. Fletcher yelling "I've fallen, and I can't get up" and then Bill and Ted say "Excellent!" and then it went into a heavy funky beat with the rapping.

  • This was only produced in 2006..but the Bill and Ted one you speak of sounds exxcellennntt!

  • Can I get a HQ version of just the audio? PLEASE? I wanna spin this at my next party :)

  • I can see about getting this into my audio software in mp3 form. Putting that into said format on an amplify setting would do the trick.

One hell of a way to find out, huh ?

  • *grandson of the actor. :)

I guess it was the man's lasting legacy!

  • Uh..I think your understanding of English grammar is a bit off the mark. 'Fallen' is what she did in the past tense; 'falling/fallin'" is present tense. Mrs. Fletcher says "I've fallen, and I can't get up!", not "I'm falling and I can't get up."

  • Its meant to be serious, and I feel sorry for the old people but still.

    Lol

  • @jaminjef Yes I was also looking for a song I used to hear played on WFMF in Baton Rouge some time around 1989-1992 like you said, I think it's the same version you are talking about.

  • I wish I knew who the artist was. It may have been something done by one of the jockeys on The End 107.7. I don't know. Maybe it was aired nationally.

  • @jaminjef I remember that track as well. Looking for it... do you remember the artist or anything about it?

  • Hope someone else out there has it! I don't think it was nationally played. I think it was something specific to radio station KNDD The End 107.7 Seattle!

  • I sure wish I could find it! It was actually better than Fast Remix. It wasn't so techno sounding, more kind of like a rock rap. I used to record funny things like this off the radio, this was 1992ish, long before ipods and utube. I had it on the end of some cd I had recorded to tape, couldn't remember which one so I went through all the tapes I had where I had done that. Must have bought the cd and decided to erase the tape forgetting that I had a bonus track! Hope someone else out there
