In this clip we're crossing the Throgs Neck Bridge on I-295 in the Bronx, NY headed south toward Queens with a 38' Sea Ray oversize load. It was a nasty night to be escorting especially for the chase car. In this clip you can see the procedure of leading the load into the holding area to pay tolls while the pilot cars wait. The Throgs Neck Bridge has always had some kind of construction going on for as long as I can remember. This boat was moved by Marine Transit and escorted by Patriot Certified Pilot Cars.
