The Pere Marquette 1225 is a historic steam engine located at the Steam Railroading Institute in Owosso, Michigan.     It will get back on the track eventually. It will take a little more time, but i predict at the most it will be back by 2020

    0:36 I've met him when I went to Michigan last year. Kevin Mayer is the best, and I also found out he was the engineer in the Polar Express movie, I'm not even kidding! It was so awesome to meet him!

    I am a rare young volunteer and hopefuly future engineer of 1225 and I love this video! SRI is my favorite place on earth. I dont live in Owosso I live 5 hours North so I dont get down there alot but when I do it is Heaven! Great Video I love it!
