@AnubisEvalyna you have to destroy their castle, storehouse, and cathedral. and then all the buildings burn down and you can have that land to build an outpost on

Is there a way to turn neutral cities into enemy?
I don't mean neutral lands, i mean I want to conquer lands allready claimed by a neutral computer player.
And then attack their city.
