  • @MikenoTamami it's quite a while since we did this study and we didn't specifically look for other surface sites, but as far as memory serves I think there were no visually detectable changes. If you're interested in more details, contact me directly - I could make the raw data available for you if it's useful.

    By the way, did you find any change on the protein surface except ortho-steric site?
