Official Compliant By NSP to Election Board

National Solidarity Party makes official complaint to Election Board for the possible infringement of the cooling day regulations put in place for the first time in Singapore General Elections.

The NSP Marine Parade Candidates made their way to the Election Board of Singapore to hear the reply from the department on their findings for their complaint.

2 Complaints were made, one was the distribution of booklet in Tampines in one of the blocks and the other was on PAP candidate for Marine Parade GRC, Tin Peiling for having to post a comment on her facebook account which has been designated as an official media platform for her election campaign.

From what is known from the candidates from NSP, the Election Board will take no actions until NSP officially makes a police report. Till then, no further actions would be taken.

It is a very big Public relations and strategic mistake of the PAP to let TPL get pushed into Parliament despite all this. People will remember this come the next GE and see how the playing field is so tilted in their favour and that they totally disregard the public's views or calls to account immediately after election results are out.

Tin Pei Ling filed her candidacy papers declaring herself as SOLE moderator/admin of her facebook-- but now admits that someone else was the moderator/admin of her facebook? This makes her CANDIDACY PAPERS INVALID on grounds of falsification/non-disclosure!!­!

i smell foul play with the polling result this election. the way the news are report and halt, the delay of announcement, and the sudden disappearance of the opposition rally. something ain't right.
