@xBlue741 Grounded means to get rid of all of the electricity inside of your body. A shock from that electricity in your body can destroy pc parts.

hi! i have a problem with my compaq presario cq40 laptop with a pre-installed vista. after the vista loading i only get a blue background with my mouse cursor in it... i can move the mouse but i can't do anything, i tried using ctrl+alt+delete but it doesnt do anything... can you help me?
