@benzin1614 I had a friend get a Fugu license, you just go through a pretty rigorous course and testing process. It doesn't require 2-3 years of apprenticeship though.

@jamaicano87 you asshole shut up if they dont cut it up while its still alive then the poison will spread to the whole body so if its alive they still have some time before the heart stops beating after chopping off the head so with the heart still beating the poison wont spread
