That's what you call a lie of omission... she "killed" the bridge, alright. It never got built. But the budget still paid for it twice over. that's the part they "forgot" to mention. Twice the money was spent... but no bridge, so it's fiscal "responsibility," get it? Their definition of reigning in spending is to take the money and keep it for themselves. They never said anything about reigning in STEALING. Just spending.
