As far as i'm concerned humans don't need to wear clothing, the skin is designed to regulate our temperature, in conditions like this on the video, why wear clothes? Thje body can withstand supprisingly low temps as well.

There are obviously exceptions, in a Siberian winter you would would need clothing.
