Unfortunatley, that's exactly what's wrong with Mr. Duplantis's message: It's attractive to the ears. People will listen to the things that please them. Its not biblical to have great expectations for great results. If this is true, then where did Job go wrong? The entire focus in this message was about a "prize greater than your pride." The Christian life should not focus on the prize, but the Prize Giver. To teach anything else is heresy. I'm sorry, but its true. See 1John 2:15-17

I have been watching Pastor Duplantis since I was a little girl, I am 31 years old now, and I still enjoy listening to him more than some others. I like the way he mixes humor with the word to make it attractive to the ears. Doing this pulls people like myself to God and gets me ready to be where I need to be within him!!! Praise God!! <3
