To be serious I know of a number of elderly that have to batten down the hatches at nightfall in their estates and there isnt yellow jacket to be seen and when called for help their pleas go unanswered. They come out of their batten down houses at daybreak to find their homes daubed and vandalized and no one to turn to.

And I was present for this street entertainment and the hype was cop created, what a shower of retarded ediots. As for the fire services they were asked repeatedly to remove the entertainer from the fountain and they refused as he was not in difficulty and endangering no one.
I call for this guy to be honored by the city, lets see his name on the ballot sheet for the local elections; at least he can do something real for the populace.
