The Road Warriors Winnipeg debut

August 16, 1984. Winnipeg CANADA. The Road Warriors are scheduled to take on the team of Brad Rheingans and Jim Brunzell but they beat up Brunzell so badly before the opening bell he can't continue and his place is taken by Steve Olsonowski. Now I know the commentary is in Japanese but I don't have a copy with English commentary but this match took place in Winnipeg, Canada. I know because I was there that night. I'm posting it because of its significance.

It is not hard to hear Roger Kent and mentally block out the Japanese commentators in this video. Thank you for posting - those of us who were rabid AWA fans in this era hunger for any and all videos.
