Just one last question: If i am playing a game with 3 monitors, the only possibility of resolution is the full resolution of all three monitors togeter? I mean i am buying an hd5770 (and it much less powerfull than your videocard, as you know), so does the game show the possibility to play with lower resolutions but with all the monitors togheter in instead of 1200 x 3072 (three 17 inch monitors)?

@ilhadosmacacos Yeah I think you understand it, basically with the less powerful video card you want smaller screens because the total resolution will be less. With the 5770 I wouldn't go bigger than 3x20" monitors. Also if you didn't see the other comments about this, for the third monitor you need to use display port. So that means that at least one of your monitors needs to use display port or you need an active display port to dvi adapter.

Saying that isn't a real assessment of my skills, I'm trying to show people a demo of eyefinity not how good I'm at Dirt 2. Admittedly I'm not amazing at racing games, I play for fun. But if it makes you feel better for bashing someone's skill level go right ahead.

how come you drive outside the car as you were following him on another car??lolol i know its easier but you have to go inside the car to have the real and unique experience of racing games...isnt a matter of opinion is just the way it is, i have equal set with 24 inch samsung monitors with the same video card as u(HD5870) and a hell of a pc and is great!!

Hey nice setup. What res are you running the game on to get it running so smooth? I tried running eyefinity on my 5870 at the highest res but only get like 7 fps. Is your 5870 1gb or 2gb?
