@coppab I think what you have here is awesome, However, I agree I would put a large box or something for cover from larger birds this is from personal experience with my rabbit. But I do love the play areas you offer.

ummmmmmmmm one escaped...

Awesome, grass time! Where did you get the cages? I tried bunnings but can never find anything.
-
i like how the one piggie outside all the pens is visting all the ones in the pens
-
i love it how you can let your boy just run around the backyard and know that he'll stay close to his girlies! that is what ours does... when they have their 'grass time' and cages are being cleaned. pgs are really just the best of pets!

Aww all ur gp are so cuuute
I want a gp :(
-
Just be sure the grass hasn't been treated with pesticides, weed killers, etc. That stuff can hurt or kill GPs. Very cute GPs!

*cat walks by* "ooh what's that?!" *starts chasing after the cat* "erm...nevermind :S" *runs back to the safety*

It is so funny how Tosca waddles around to all his ladies. Guinea pigs are such little loves, and I can tell you take wonderful care of them.

brilliant runs... i have guinea-pogs myself, 7 of them and they love the grass.. i leave my shed open and i let them run around the back garden, when they get too hot they hop into the shed.. i also put some food dishes and water dishes in the garden.. i also put some hides incase of them having heat stokes!
piggies need something to hide.... because they are frightened of hungry animals ;) so why don´t you put some huts in the area??

If you are going to comment speak english please.
Are you silly enough to think that's where they live?
They are having grass time (clearly in the SHADE) while I clean out there cage.
Please don't confuse me with someone who knows nothing about cavy welfare.

umm I don't have a pool? You might be looking at the rainwater tank and that can't hurt anything. Thanks for the concern but my pigs are fine and I know what is and isn't good for them.

Thanks, just want to point out it's not a pigs farm, they are my pets getting grass time in my backyard.
Mozzies do bite them but it doesn't bother them.
They produce beans! Which then fertilizes the yard.
