Fitmix generates unique workouts for is users. The combinations of exercise groups is always changing. In test we've seen no duplicate workouts in a 60 year period of 4 day a week workouts and 6 exercises per workout.
May 22, 2009 video was shot and will be posted hopefully by May 29, 2009. We will be attempting to shoot a couple more workouts for hte week of May 24-30 too.
