Those are called 1-B's not arrows.

Actually, the "Arrows" are Comet IB cars, which are used with Comet I and formerly, the older Comet II cars. Damn NJ Transit for rebuilding them! True Arrows have those pantographs on top. I know, at first glance, Comet IBs look like Arrows, especially considering they were rebuilt from old Arrow I cars.
