@ILikeWellRounded This is a sytem widget, I didn't install that, it is part of the firwmare. It's the "Power Control" widget. But there are a bunch of these available on the Android Market, just search for power control or power widget.

@ILikeWellRounded I certainly don't know all launchers but from MY experience so far, the Launcher Pro is the fastest. Just give it a try, you can download it for free on the market :-)
