How to Get and Use Windows Virtual PC RC with Windows XP Mode

Virtual PC RC and Windows XP Mode let you emulate a full version of Windows XP Professional SP3 inside your copy of Windows 7, and all your hardware is integrated with it. The only bad thing is that I can't get InstantAction to work with it because the game keeps crashing :( no Marble Blast Online for me :(
