this is more commonly known as the inverse armbar and is easy to catch from all kinds of positions...its funny because we just went over this yesterday.

Hey no one gives the camera man props for making sure all the good angles were covered? any ways I started used this submission a lot after Phil's brother showed it to me, with and with out the Gi and it works a lot, even on the times when it does not work as well i can transition to the back or for the regular arm bar. and the guy with big hair ain't no body i whuped his ass once and i have the photos to prove it on my space hahahahah
