What was wrong with Stapleton?

1:18 Wish I would've been allowed to takeoff on the taxiway. :P

Early 70s

Looks like mid to late 70s. Love all those old fuel swiggers. Remember the days when you could smell the kerosene as you stepped out of your car at the airport??

Good call Eric; United also had two extra doors (One on each side) on their DC-8-61s, & 62s, just aft of the wing trailing edge.
Some 707-300 for various carriers also had a similar set-up; an extra door on each side aft of the wing, but before the main rear doors. :-)
