Picaso's Last Words Wings Live 1975

Wings Live at The Myer Music Bowl 13 November 1975 on their Austrailian part of the Wings Over The World Tour 75/76. This was the final tune up before the start of the American Tour as they couldn't get into Japan due to Visa problems(and I don't mean the credit card). So it was off to Hawaii for a few weeks(and for you historians, it was during that Hawaiian holiday he wrote "Silly Love Songs")before returning to England to record their next LP and prepare for the American Tour!

I found out...

While in the Carribean, Macca drops in to the shooting of 'Papillion'. Goes to Dustin Hoffman's house and Dustin Hoffman sais "can you write song about anything? .."try me".. was the response. DH pulls open an article about Picaso's death.......

Paul went to dinner at some friend's house and the guy asked if he could just make up songs on the spot given a general topic- so he showed him an article saying Picasso had died and what his last words were so Paul wrote a song right there and then
