I have never owned a pair of asics before but this week I purchased 2 pair. One is the kanbarra 5 and the other is the 1150. I actually prefer the 1150 it feels great on. I also have bone spurs in my knees and since wearing these I have had no problems. I do like to wear my Kanbarra 5's which I got first but the 1150 is my favorite!

I was adviced to wear these too and they're soooo comfortable! I really enjoy running in these! :-) I didn't know they had won an award but they definately deserve that! I have quite a wide forefoot but these shoes do a great job in comfortably hugging them!

i wear gel kayanos at the moment and have no complaints, but i'd like to ease away from that much stability. im looking to move to the tier down in stability shoes...would this be a good match?
