You don't got the irony, brazilian spec VW and Merc are one generation behind the euro models, and at least two in quality.

You can check that they still made the 1998 Golf IV...speaks volumes, and it's sold for the price of a brand new C5 II or A4 everywhere else but in Brazil. Madness..

I got a 2006 407 2.0L (RFJ /RFNengine) with so many problems with the electrical things t(esp,abs, tire pressure monitoring, auto gearbox faulty, etc) I wish I could rip those sensor off.... and I bought a second hand Audi A4 2.0tfsi, the Audi imprest me with it reliability
