Apart from a little twinkle toes on big jumps that are evident on obstacles near my limit, I am happy in progressing again in the discipline that is Parkour.

In this video there are some big jumps and wall climbs that played havoc with my mind over the past 6 months, and although they look small in this vid, they where a pretty decent size for 1.67m sized person. Come to Glasgow and see for yourself these obstacles.

Some jumps I will stick to show control, others jumps I like to keep on moving, in which a lot of Traceur mistake for lack of control. Remember... Parkour is what you do before, during, between and after a run line, and not always about executing one single big move.

I am looking forward to Spring and seeing what my improved mental abilities are really capable of, as well as eliminating the twinkle toes.

Thanks for your time, helpful criticism and support, I appreciate it!

  • shoes nike free 5.0? how long do they last im thinking of getting myself a pair for wearing casually and well everything never know when your gunna need to run ;)

  • They last about 2 to 3 months... It is usual cat leaps that destroy the soles fast. They are super light and flexible and offer amazing sensitivity. However be very careful land on uneven ground as they are well known for ankle sprains.

  • were you at the jam yesterday in glasgow? some of those spots are rottenrow, nice place to train

  • Yes mate, I was one of the Rep's taking people around the spots at the Jam yesterday in Glasgow.

Good to hear you liked Rottenrow... it's a good spot for all levels of skill and training various routes and movements.
