shoes nike free 5.0? how long do they last im thinking of getting myself a pair for wearing casually and well everything never know when your gunna need to run ;)

They last about 2 to 3 months... It is usual cat leaps that destroy the soles fast. They are super light and flexible and offer amazing sensitivity. However be very careful land on uneven ground as they are well known for ankle sprains.

Yes mate, I was one of the Rep's taking people around the spots at the Jam yesterday in Glasgow.
Good to hear you liked Rottenrow... it's a good spot for all levels of skill and training various routes and movements.
